We're Out & About This Spring - Coming to a Community Near You!


ABDC is proud to continue its empowering workshop series for Indigenous Women In Entrepreneurship with two more opportunities to join us this May! These full-day sessions offer inspiration, support, and practical tools for Indigenous women who are launching, growing, or strengthening their businesses and leadership roles in the community.
Choose the date and location that works for you:
May 27, 2025 – Nawican Friendship Centre, 1320 102 Avenue, Dawson Creek
May 28, 2025 – NENAS, 10328 101 Avenue, Fort St. John
Time for both: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Workshop Topics Include:

• Effective Business Practices
• Adapting & Building Resilience
• Business Planning & Support Systems for Indigenous Women Entrepreneurs

Want to learn how to make jam or pickle fresh veggies? Join us for FREE food preservation workshops, coming to a community near you!
No experience is needed; just bring your curiosity. We'll walk you through jam-making and vegetable pickling step by step. All supplies are provided, and everything made will be shared among participants to take home!
