This report provides the minutes of a roundtable session. The first speaker looks at various reports on urban Aboriginal issues and outlines mechanism for urban Aboriginal governance. The second speaker presents background and information about the Friendship Centre movement including programs, issues, and governance. The final speaker presented a proposed Act that “would deal better with the concerns of off-reserve, non-status Aboriginal people.” (p.11). The report ends with questions and answers from the speakers.
